In efforts to get your order to you as soon as possible, all merchandise will be shipped to you in 2-4 business days (OR SOONER) weekends DOES NOT count as business days. We have had a major increase in sales so shipping could be possibly delayed which we try not to let that happen and we try our best to get items out in a timely manner. Once tracking number is provided please allow UPS OR USPS 24-48HRS TO PROCESS AND SCAN YOUR ITEMS IN. A Natural Way WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any lost or damaged items. All claims must be filed with USPS. We have a NO REFUND POLICY! Which has been in effect since 2020.
